Advent Labyrinth Walking
Sundays 8am-8:45am or 10am -10:30am
We will be offering two times to walk the labyrinth in the center of our chapel worship space every Sunday of Advent. You may come from 8:15 to 8:45am, when Ilana will be playing through the worship music. If you’d prefer a quieter time of contemplation, you may come from 10 to 10:30am, after 9 a.m. worship finishes up. We hope that this will be a meaningful framing for this season of anticipation.
Advent Devotional Booklet
The Advent Devotional Booklet created by all of YOU is ready to accompany you throughout the season of Advent. Many people within our congregations have shared original contributions or favorites by others, and there are scripture texts, candle lighting, and family activities for each week of the Advent season. We hope you will spend some time with it in the coming weeks. Reading all of the entries as we have prepared the book has been working on our hearts, preparing room for the Light of Our World who draws near to us in this season and each season of our lives. Printed copies will be available at worship on Sunday, or you can download a PDF copy here >. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to this booklet! Your care, thoughtfulness, and generosity are a gift to us all.
