Easter Flower Plant Donation and Dedication Form
On Easter Sunday, April 9, our Sanctuary will be adorned with beautiful Easter flower plants donated by you! After worship the plants will be delivered to those in our communities in need of extra care and support. If you would like to donate $20 per plant and list a dedication in the Easter worship bulletin in celebration of, or in loving memory of loved ones:
