Thanksgiving Sunday Harvest Fest Potluck
Sunday, November 20, following ONE 10am Worship Service (no 9am Worship)
Mark your calendars and plan on attending Thanksgiving Sunday worship (ONE 10am Worship Service.) After worship, make your way down to the lower level for our beloved Thanksgiving Sunday Harvest Fest Potluck.
Food contributions are greatly appreciated and can be dropped off to the lower level kitchen the morning of Nov. 20th beginning at 8:30am. If you can bring an item to share, those whose last names begin with:
- A-G, please bring a main dish;
- H-M, please bring a dessert;
- N-Z, please bring a side dish or salad.
All items needing to be warmed should have a clearly written card attached with instructions. Items must also be brought in containers that can go into a hot oven, preferably disposable. Containers to be returned must be labeled on the bottom with the name of owner.
Let us know if you’re coming and how many family members or guests you’re bringing by using the button below to RSVP. This will give us a sense of how many people to prepare for. If you don’t RSVP, no worries! Come anyway. It will be so good to be together. Thank you!
We are also looking for volunteers to help set up the space the morning of Saturday, November 19th and for volunteers on Sunday the 20th, to help serve and clean up.
