Stacy is deeply interested in and fascinated by people.  A literature major in college, she loves stories and in particular the stories of people’s lives.  Nothing brings Stacy greater joy than accompanying people as they come to know what she calls our essential belovedness.  She believes that before anything else, first and foremost we are beloved of God.

Stacy understands her ministry to be one of coming alongside people and communities and helping them grow in Love and experience fullness of life.  A key scripture for Stacy comes from the Gospel of John where Jesus tells the disciples that he has come to give life and give it with abundance (John 10:10).   People’s experience of Stacy is that she is a deep listener, has a calming presence and brings a great deal of joy along with her.

Stacy comes to ordained ministry after working for over 20 years in the field of public health with under resourced individuals and communities.  She earned her masters of divinity from Andover Newton Theological School where she received the award for excellence in Biblical studies.  Most recently, Stacy served the Union Church in Waban as their senior pastor.  Stacy lives in Roslindale with her husband Mark and has two adult children.  For the first time in her life, she does not have a dog, but hopes to change that soon.
